Be sure to visit my Jenibella Racing Online Store for exclusive apparel!!!
After meeting Calvin Wan, I wanted to try drifting. I was fortunate enough to have Craig Taguchi, editor for Import Tuner and Drag Racer magazines, help sign me up for Drifting Pertty's event at Willow Springs. I had a great time meeting the president, Nadine Toyoda, and her fiance Benson. Both helped my out a lot on the proper techniques to drifting, it is not that easy. You can see more pictures from my drifting experiences on my Events Page. Below is a Quick Time Movie of my SS drifting on the skid pad.
My 2001 Camaro SS was asked to be used for an upcoming article for Sport Compact Car magazine. This magazine is more about imports then domestics, but they need a Camaro SS for their recent story about an RX7 with an LS1 engine. Look for the issue on the newstands on Sept. 2006. The SS, along with this RX7s and Calvin Wan's RX7, will be on the cover! Go to my Events Page for more pictures from this event.
Got some more media coverage!!! This time on Drag Racing Online, The Magazine. With B&M and Andrew Shear of Auto Media 2000, we did a TFC Sytem install and comparison. This system helps stabilize the transmission temperatures when racing ... because every second helps and consistency is the key to victory!
Please welcome my teammate Donald Horn!!! Look out for the Jenibella Racing team at your local race track.
LACR 1st place trophy winner!!!
Ok, so it was mainly local stations, but Jenibella Racing was seen on TV during the Canoga Park Memorial parade. You can see the video clip of the Immortals car club, a club run by one of our friends and he asked us to be in the parade to help promote both us and them, at the end is the footage of Jenibella Racing. Plus our main sponsor got more air time (again :) ), HPTuners can be seen on the side of the car, prominently displayed! Jenibella got a lot of attention, some proposals (decent and indecent), and a bunch of astonishment that she was the driver of a race car. Some even compared her to Danika Patrick.

I met some new friends at the Super Chevy Show! This is the Speedway Volunteer Fire Dept. and they were kind enough to take time out of there busy schedule to take pictures with me. Click on the images to see a larger version.
Thank you Jesse and the entire J&H Auto Body staff for giving my car a new look! If you are in the So-Cal area and need an award winning paint job, please visit Jesse at J&H Auto Body for a fantastic paint job on your car, I am glad I did!
Here are two graphs showing what HPTuners can do for you, it is very in depth in it's capabilities. Oops, wrong picture!
Finally ready for racing action. We are taking it out to Irwindale on Thursday 11/2 for some initial shakedown passes, please join us!
I added more pictures of my Z28 to the website. Here is a shot of it being stored at B&M Racing's Tech Center. This is where all the development of new products are tested on project cars. They have two different types of lifts. Next to my Z28 is a prototype Saturn Ion from GM, it is supercharged and rated at 250hp. This is not a production car and you can see it at the 2004 SEMA show in Las Vegas. It has a prototype B&M shifter as well.
This was taken the night before my first run. This is my new 1999 Sierra truck and trailer with the Z28 loaded on it ... ready to race!
Here is Ken from HPTuners with my Crew Chief, George, tuning the SS. Ken is my new sponsor and will graciously help in tuning the Z28 project! Thanks Ken (as well as Keith and Chris, the remainding HPTuners team).
While I was out at California Speedway, Scott Hudson can up to me and introduced himself. He is a DJ for KTIE 590AM in Inland Empire and does a show on Sunday Night (8pm-9pm) on the local So-Cal drag racing scene. You can find archives of his previous shows online at Thespeedscene.com. He decided to interview me about what I am currently doing. The segmet aired on 7/25/04 at 8pm-9pm. Although you can download it. It was great to meet Scott, and thanks for the interview!
I was out at California Speedway testing out my newly installed TCI4400 and I met up with the CHP. Officer Kevin was kind enough to take some pictures of our cars and us together. They were out there promoting safe driving and support legal, sanctioned racing event for enthusiast. I, and Jenibella Racing, proudly support their efforts against street racing. This is the new Z28 Police chase car that is currently in service all around the state.
Thanks to all my sponsors for supporting me, I couldn't have done this without your support!!! Here are Doug Stokes (Irwindale Speedway) and Pete Baleno (Manufacturer's Cup Challenge) awarding me the "Best Effort Award" presented by the San Gabriel Tribune.
A BIG fan and great admirer of mine, John Partridge, Irwindale Dragstrip's announcer!!!
